Each Fired Up product is made using 2 stages of high temperature firing and glazing which make the product strong, chip-resistant, scratch-resistant and long lasting. The material is non-porous and will not absorb any food stain.

The design will not fade even after multiple usage and washing. The glazes and colors used are 100% food safe and do not leak any chemicals. 

All tableware products in which gold has not been used are 100% microwavable and dish-washer safe. Please note that gold is not microwave safe.

Do not put tableware products on direct flame and do not use scourer to clean.

We offer deliveries to all our Indian and International customers. Majority of the orders will be dispatched via our logistics partner Shiprocket within 20 days of placing the order due to winter season. During winters the drying process of clay is slower.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Shipping charges are as follows:

a) Order Value upto Rs.999: Shipping charges- Rs.150

b) Order Value Rs.1000 to Rs.1999: Shipping charges- Rs.200

c) Order Value above Rs. 2000: Shipping charges- Rs.300 

An additional charge of Rs. 100 is applicable for COD option. Kindly use any of the online payment options by first clicking the "Standard" button and then on "Pay Now" to avoid COD charges.
